COUNTRY OF ORIGIN DUE DILIGENCE

Should your company be benefitting from reduced tariffs under the benefits of specific free trade agreements (FTAs), such as the arrangement between The EU and ASEAN, it is imperative that your merchandise is in compliance with all Customs requirements. Should Customs choose to examine your merchandise and determine that it is eligible for duty free benefits then you may be fined and your shipments delayed.
